Program Description
I, Jean-Edward Moise use SMS messaging to communicate with students and their guardians about driving lesson scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and cancellations.
Consent & Double Opt-In
When you check the SMS consent box on the enrollment page, we will send you a confirmation text message. You must reply YES to confirm that you want to receive SMS messages from me. Only after your YES reply will we activate SMS messaging for your account. Consent is not required as a condition of enrollment or any purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your lesson activity. You may receive messages when lessons are scheduled, confirmed, modified, or cancelled, or when your action is required.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.
How to Opt Out or Manage Consent
Before confirming (during double opt-in): If you receive the confirmation SMS and decide you do not want messages, reply STOP to cancel the request.
After confirming: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and will not receive further messages.
To re-subscribe: Reply START to any message, or contact us directly.
