Lessons & Scheduling

•  All lesson requests are subject to instructor availability and confirmation. Lessons must be confirmed within 24 hours of scheduling or they may be cancelled. Friendship Auto School requires two lessons a student sponsoring a student for the road test. Lessons include free pickup and drop-off within our service area.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a no-show fee.

Cancellation Due to Inclement Weather

Lessons will only be cancelled due to emergency events. Lessons canceled within 24 hours due to non-emergency weather events will still result in a late-cancellation fee.

SMS Communications

Customers may choose to opt in to receive automated SMS messages from Jean-Edward Moise regarding driving lessons, including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and customer support messages. SMS consent is optional and is not required to schedule lessons. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from automated SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
